The name came naturally - coriander green, coriander (Cilantro) Being the king of indian herbs. From the main ingredient of gram masala to aromatic garnish, the fragrance of fresh coriander is unparalleled. Green also represents along with famous indian non vegetarian curries including seafood and of course fragrant basmati rice and right out of the tandoor (Oven), freshly baked naan (Indian bread).
Coriander green made it's debut in february, 2005 when chef harminder with his wife sheena decided to take on an exciting new venture and they haven't looked back since then!
